Expected life of Ring Doorbell 2nd generation

My 2nd generation doorbell was installed in August 2023. it has increasing difficulty maintaining online status despite a nearby wifi booster. This seems to be made worse since I renewed my subscription in January. Do I need to buy a replacement, this model doesn't have a removable battery.

    Hi @user_371f20.
