Emails in Spanish- how to change?

Hi,  I bought a Ring doorbell and installed in my house in Costa Rica.  I set the address to Costa Rica.  All the email correspondence from Ring is in Spanish.  No English in the email and no option to change it to English.  I cannot figure out how to tell Ring that I want my email notifications in English.  How can I do this?  I searched the website cannot find anywhere under the user profiles or account pages to set a language.
