Hello! I'm trying to capture video evidence occuring in the distance. On the Ring app you can historically swipe back on a camera's live video feed (not an option on the ring website) and play 3min increments of non-motion video snapshots. The app gives a 1 hour option "Download footage from 0:00-0:00? All footage will be downloaded directly to your phone" This feature doesn't download the entire hour of the video snapshots, rather only a 10 second portion from that hour. Is this a bug? Thanks!

Hi @user46410. There wouldn't be any video of something that wasn't recorded from motion detection, a ding, or a Live View. The Snapshot Capture feature allows you to have your Doorbell take snapshot images on a certain frequency, and those snapshots can then be [downloaded](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034443672-Using-Your-Snapshot-Capture-Feature). Check that the frequency is set to your liking. Also, make sure when downloading snapshot images, that the playhead (vertical line) is on the section you want to download from the Event Timeline.
