Doorbell won't display on Amazon Echo Show

My Echo Show will alert me that someone is at the door but it won't open the video. When I check the doorbell health it says it's good.What can I do to troubleshoot or reset everything?Thanks.

      I already have it set up, it just isn't working. Today the doorbell rang and it started to show video from earlier in the morning, said connecting to Ring, then disconnected.
