Hi @user48406. If your Ring Doorbell is showing as offline in the Ring app, this means it is not connected to your wifi network. You can follow the steps [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network) to reconnect your Doorbell to your wifi network. Once your Doorbell is reconnected, I'd recommend checking the [signal strength](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/217271526-Checking-Wifi-Signal-Strength) to ensure your device has a strong and stable signal to prevent it from disconnecting.
