Doorbell sensing motion but no longer recording

Hello my doorbell still senses motion but has stopped recording it. Anybody know how to solve this? Thanks in advance

    Hi @user34647. What specific doorbell do you have? Are your videos completely black? Are you subscribed to a Ring Protect Plan? What happens when you tap on the Motion event in your history?
