Hello, My ring video doorbell (battery) seems to go offline after I’ve used the snooze function. I have to pull the battery out and pop it back in to reconnect. Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks.

Hi @user19126. Can you provide some more details about this? What is the RSSI for your device? Does your device go offline during the snooze period, or after? If your press the doorbell button, does the Doorbell respond? Any additional details you can provide will be helpful. Thanks, neighbor.
