Doorbell Question

Bob Here in Michigan age 79 ... I am having trouble figuring out this forum for example I wanted to post a question but can not figure out how ? I do not see an Icon or box that says Post ... My question is ...I have a custom made doorbell with a 12 volt DC system so the doorbell button has 12 volts DC on it will that work with a ring video doorbell .
