Doorbell Pro stopped working

Hope someone can help please. Our Pro Front Door Video doorbell has gone offline. I've tried reconnecting using the side button but it refuses to connect (no spinning white or blue light). The linked camera in another part of the garden is still ok. Device health shows it's getting power (it's connected into the mains via a cable and plug) and signal strength is strong. The push button however has a massive crack across it. Would this affect connectivity and would replacing it fix the problem?
