Doorbell Pro no longer sending motion alerts

I have the same problem with my ring doorbell pro no longer sending motion alert notifications to my iPhone. Went down this past Tuesday, January 5. Reported yesterday to support. Waiting for a fix. Went over all settings with customer support too and they are all correct,
