Doorbell Pro Dies When Button is Pressed
Every time someone rings our doorbell the camera goes dead. I have to take off the wall and disconnect the wiring to get it to come back alive. Did a reset and still the same issue. Is it a dead device?

Did tehy end up replacing your unit? Or Did you find any answers to your problems? I am having the same problem whee the machine goes dead after pressing th ebutton in 20 seconds or so. Anything it detects doesn't kill the machine and I have to use turn it off and on from the circuit box and connect it to my wi-fi.
