Doorbell not ringing inside house

Question

My doorbell is fully charged and rings ok but the device we have plugged inside so we can hear it rings does not respond suddenly does anyone have any ideas. Thanks

I had that same problem with my parents Ring Doorbell on yesterday but the problem was solved you have to go to the Ring App on your phone go to device settings then you should see General Settings inside General Settings there should be in home chime settings and that should solve your problems.
