I have a video doorbell which is out of battery, but I am unable to remove the screws underneath it so that I can remove the cover and access the battery for re-charging. Do I need to use the special screw driver provided with the product? If so, I am unable to find that driver. Is it possibe to buy a new one? If so, how? Thanks
