Doorbell 3 plus video in black and white

My doorbell 3 plus video has suddenly switched to black and white and i cant get it back to colour, i have rebooted it done a factory reset and updated firmware any help would be appreciated

Hi @user60836. Is the doorbell in a dark or dimly lit area? The Doorbell has a sensor that switches to night vision automatically if there is not enough ambient light. Feel free to send a screenshot of your doorbell view so we can offer better advice on how to troubleshoot this.
