Doorbell 3 not picking up any delivery

My doorbell 3 stopped picking up delivery people. ALL of them. If I walk up to door it picks me up. I have worked with Ring to change every setting, restart the doorbell, remove battery and Everything they suggested. I just cancelled my Ring plan since there is no point in paying for a service that I don't need. Was looking to purchase a security system but Ring is now out of the consideration. This doorbell worked fine until about a month ago. Goodbye RING.
