Doorbell 2nd Generation won't connect to wi-fi
2nd generation Ring doorbell has disconnected from my wi-fi and it won't reconnect.

Try bringing your Video Doorbell inside nearby the router. Make sure the battery is sufficiently charged and follow these [steps to reconnect your Ring device](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Ring-Device-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network). If your device does not reconnect, try another mobile device and ensure there is not a VPN enabled. A reset could also help, and can be done by holding the setup button for 20 seconds.
