Hi i own a ring doorbell 2 and chime everytime someone ring door bell it trys to update firemware and them makex a weird sound and no quick reply hope fixed soon, also this only happens when quick reply is on n doorbell 2 rebooted it once turned off bu pulling battery everything fine now

Hi @Raymondjtoth. Try performing a reset on the Doorbell and then reconnecting it to wifi. To do this, press and hold the setup button for 20 seconds, then release. Once that is complete, you can reconnect it to wifi and see if this happens again.If this doesn't correct the issue your doorbell is having, it would be best to reach out to our support team.
