Door bell not ringing

Question

I recently bought the ring doorbell and while using it I used to hear it chime as someone was in front of the door but then upgrading it to the basic plan now I hear no doorbell ring how can this be fixed

Hi @user23490. What Doorbell model do you have? Are you referring to motion notifications or ring notifications? Where would you hear the notification come from? Your smart phone? This information will help me figure out what troubleshooting steps to recommend. 🙂
