Door bell does not ring

I installed the ring video door bell. Setting say power is very good. I have video and audio but my door bell inside my house does not ring. Any suggestions?

      Same situation here. Doorbell 2 stopped ringing the indoor mechanical doorbell. Is there any solution so far?

      We installed ring pro 2 one month ago. Just now today the in-home doorbell stopped working now. Want to return the product.

      I installed our Ring 3 but the bell does not work from the Ring. The back door still works and when I touch the wires together the bell rings but not with the Ring 3. There are several people with the same issue, what are we missing?
