Does not notify when visitors ring the door

Hello. I have problems with ring doorbell 3 it had been working for a long time. but for the last month it does not notify when visitors ring the door. but when there are movements outside I get notifications. I have tried removing the battery and disconnecting the power. but it doesn’t help. What can I try now?

Hi @user83018. I would suggest toggling on Ring Alerts. You can do this in the Ring app by selecting the device and moving the Ring Alerts toggle to the right.
