This is what I have with my current wired doorbell (next to the fusebox under the stairs). It says Friedland Bell and Chime Isolating Transformer Primary 220-240V 50Hz Secondary 3-5-8V 1.0A Can it still be used or will I need to replace it. And if it needs replacing what do I need to buy?

Hi @Wayne356. An 8V 10A transformer is not enough to power a Ring Doorbell. You can find a 16V 30A transformer [here](https://ring.com/products/hardwired-transformer/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=search-cpc&utm_campaign=evergreen-na-2023&utm_content=accessory-shopping-na-accessory-na&utm_term=na&gclid=Cj0KCQjw3a2iBhCFARIsAD4jQB0H9e9Q3ot9YPLzHRVE8q-Hi6sC6fZxvu67ykkZ1yaKDih0zHzoDasaAlJYEALw_wcB).
