  I just spoke with a representive in regards to the same promo code I received in an email. As I tried purchasing it and was having same issues. They said the promo expired on the 27 MAY 2020.

  Here's an example of your "terms and conditions" in the email. Please see second bullet. Do I need to call to fix this? Seems wrong for the discount not to be honored and now have to jump through hoops when the email is clear and so many customers received. How is it that RING is not aware of the promotion and end dates? Would be nice to make this easy for your customers.

  Hi neighbors -- confirming this is for the Upgrade promotion, correct? If so, the Ring Pro is now on sale, which as pointed out, the offer may not be combined with any other offer.

  Yes, for the upgrade promotion. When I place my code into to order the video doorbell 3 plus - not on sale for $229.99 - there is no $100 discount. Only the message: Enter a valid discount code or gift card.

  I'm having the same issue with the discount code "DOOR-f4f665fq" received 10 May; they say it only applies if upgrading from a current/active doorbell subscription

  RIDICULOUS!! after reading all complaints and trying for my $100 discount..learned SMALL SMALL print states Free Shipping.. bait and switch!! So I am purchasing from AMAZON.. and in future will not purchase RING!!
