Started the device transfer process 15 days ago - not heard anything at all. The notifications from 15 days…in reality how long does this process take if the previous owner does not or cannot release ownership? And regarding the Ring team not being able to expedite the process thats fine…but a process does not usually have an indefinite end date. Anyone have any experience of the transfer process - doorbell bought form a reputable returns stockist.
