Deleting a device after a move

Question

I recently moved and forgot to delete the ring doorbell I left behind. Now that I don’t have communication with the device how do I release it to the new owner?

Hi @user49019. You can still remove the Ring Doorbell from your account in the Ring app under Device Settings  General Settings  Remove This Device. That will remove the Doorbell from your account so a new owner can set it up under their account. :)
