I recently moved and forgot to delete the ring doorbell I left behind. Now that I don’t have communication with the device how do I release it to the new owner?

    Hi @user49019. You can still remove the Ring Doorbell from your account in the Ring app under Device Settings > General Settings > Remove This Device. That will remove the Doorbell from your account so a new owner can set it up under their account. :)
