Costco offer for 6 month cloud

Hi, I purchased the Ring video doorbell V2 from Costco which advertised 6 months free cloud storage. However, after activating my ring doorbell it still shows 30 day trial. Can you please assist? Thanks.

    we also have just purchased the same , with a 6 month free package , and mine account also shows 30 day offer instead of 6 months ,
