Corrupted Video
When I try to go back and watch a video that was previously completely normal it is now mostly dark with occasional random pixels. There's only one video that this seems to have happened to but I'm not sure why and if there's a way to fix the video I was trying to view.

Hi @GSD1011. Was this video a day or night time recording, and does it still look pixelated if you view it on Ring.com? Would you be able to post a screenshot or perhaps share the video that is experiencing this issue? This Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001834066-Sharing-and-Downloading-Your-Ring-Videos) will explain how to share your video if you haven't done this before. That way, we can see what is happening and if necessary, get this information to the appreciate support team. Thanks neighbor!
