I just relocated to a home with a wired, Ring doorbell. I am attempting to connect it to my phone. This is my first experience with this technology. I've downloaded the app ... signed in, answered profile questions, etc. How do I get it to work? Is there a "chat" service to help newbies?

Hi @Growlett. To get your doorbell setup, open the Ring app and tap on "Setup a New Device". From there, follow the on-screen prompts to get your doorbell setup. This Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360052437812-Installation-and-Setup-for-all-your-Ring-Video-Doorbells) also has some great advice.
