COMPLAINT. Battery life and issues with doorbell video. No help at all

Ive had a ring doorbell for 1 1/2 years and it’s totally malfunctioned. Battery ad Nd issues with the actual doorbell. I paid £80 on a prime day so meant to be £100. Less than a year and a half life usage and no way of complaining .. Ive been passed from pillow to post and now to community forum .. No way of complaining, no address or chat or call or anything?
