Hi @user33304. If your Chime Pro is not connecting to your WiFi, you can try these additional steps:- Reboot the Chime Pro by pressing and holding the setup button on the right side of it for 20–25 seconds.- Reboot your router by unplugging it for 10 seconds and plugging it back in.- Try doing your set using a different phone or tablet.If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406) for further assistance.
