Chime 2nd Generation not showing shared users

Hi, I have installed a video doorbell 3 and Chime 2nd gen. The doorbell allows shared users, should the Chime also be able to share users?

    Hi @KRR1955. The Chime is not able to be shared with Shared Users because the Chime is an accessory. Only the Owner of the Ring app has access to the Chime to prevent others from inadvertently changing the settings that the Owner has adjusted. I hope this helps!
