Charging Ring Doorbell for first time

Hi, I am charging my ring device for the first time. I have just read it takes 4 to 7 hours to do so; However mine (attached to a pc usb) is up to 72 hours. What is going non? regards

Could be your PC usb doesn't support charging. Try using your phone plug in adapter.

Hi @Lethal42. I would agree with @Vakeda and use a phone block or another charging device that plug directly into an outlet. The PC you are using may not be able to adequately power the battery enough for a full charge.
