Change outgoing ring & message from video doorbell

I’ve forgotten how to change the outgoing message on the ring video doorbell (2). I know it’s so simple, but I’m on overload & need to change it before I go away. I just want a normal doorbell! No outgoing message! Thanks!

Hi @user129414. It sounds like you may be referring to the [Quick Replies feature](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360056808171-Setting-up-Quick-Replies-in-the-Ring-App-), which will play a pre-selected message after a set activation delay. You can turn this off under Devices > your Doorbell > Smart Responses > Quick Replies. I hope that helps!
