Can’t unscrew my ring doorbell.

I think the screws are stripped. I can’t take the doorbell off to recharge. And the charge isn’t lasting very long anymore even though it’s connected to my doorbell wires.

Sorry to hear about this, @ratings7! If the screw is not turning or loosening when using the screwdriver as normal, try using needle nose pliers if available. Alternatively, feeding a rubber band around the screw will allow you to grip for turning and pulling downwards for removal.
