Can’t download more than one video at a time

Hello, using ring on iPhone 11 with iOS 14.4.2 and Ring app version 5.39.0. When downloading a video from history to local iPhone it works first time the. On downloading a subsequent video throws and error. If I forcefully close the Ring app and the. Repeat on the second video it downloads. So it does not seem to be the video. This is very repeatable. The videos are downloaded. Successfully when checked on iPhone. The problem is the Ring app only allows you to download one then you have to force restart Ring, not just close the app to get it to save the next video.
