Cannot view video in history
Was working fine until this morning, didn't touch any settings. On the website when I try to view history all I get is "Your video is processing, please try again shortly." On the iPhone app, when I select one of the videos, nothing happens. Live view works and can see the video after just fine, it only seems to be motion activated not saving the recording. Sounds a lot like the May 12th, 2021 "Missing Images in Notifications and Videos Unavailable from Event History" that is posted in help and support. Phone app is "up to date" whatever date that may be. Update: Shaw bluecurve sucks, reset modem, working. Should have tried it first.

Hey @Dave.S. I'm glad you got this figured out. As a good practice, I reset my router weekly and have had great results. :slightly_smiling_face:
