Ring Video Doorbell
Cannot get my new ring wired doorbell plus to comunicate with my network
i just bought a ring doorbell. I installed it at on the front door and tried to connect to my WiFi the white leds are going around in a circle voice comes up stating it is in setup mode but it fails to connect. I tried 2 tablets and my android cell phone all the same all, tablets and phone sees the doorbell as a network on the WiFi setup screen. Due to the cold weather have I set up a transformer on my desk to power up the ring indoors. my router is right below me in the basement excellent signal. I connected the Ring Chime pro with no problem. then tried connecting the doorbell to chime and same result. Did I just pickup a faulty ring door bell Kit? Thank You in advance for any suggestions:
