Canadian customer wishing to pay in USD on their credit card

We are Canadian customers who would like to pay our yearly subscription in US dollar ($30 USD/ year). We spoke to our neighbours next door and they are paying in US dollar for this. Can you set it up for our ring subscription as well? I tried to call the customer service and the representative seems to be unable to do it. It is only fair and professional that Ring treats all customers the same way by providing the same payment options to all customers. I hope to hear back from you soon with a just and fair answer. Thank you
