  Good question @jsampson57 ! Our classic battery Doorbell models are not designed with a removable battery, however, it sounds like you would find great interest in our [Video Doorbell 2](https://shop.ring.com/collections/video-doorbells//products/video-doorbell-2), which features a removable battery. The battery can be charged via the usb port on the back of the Doorbell. If you are experiencing battery concerns after charging, I recommend reaching out to support, at 800-656-1918, for more in-depth troubleshooting. :)

  I already have 2 extra batteries, I brought my son the systems ad well I’d like to get 2 batteries for his ad well

  Hi @Jay822! This will depend on which model Doorbell you have. For our Classic Video Doorbell 1, these batteries are not removable and cannot be replaced. It sounds like you have a more recent version, as you have backup batteries yourself. If this is the case, then yes, our most recent Doorbell models use a quick release battery pack that can be found on our [accessories page at Ring.com](https://shop.ring.com/collections/accessories).   It’s not the for the bell I don’t even know why it says door bell it’s the cameras I brought 2 ring sec And extra batteries and I’ve brought my son 2 and want extra batteries as well
