Ring Video Doorbell
Camera Field of Ring Doorbell Pro 2
Am I doing something wrong, or is the camera's field of vision for the Ring Doorbell Pro 2 is smaller than that of its predecessor the Ring Doorbell Pro. I upgraded from the Ring Pro to the Ring Pro 2, and I can no longer see the right corner of my house, which I could see easily with the Ring Pro. I adjusted the motion zones to as wide as possible, but still, no. So disappointed.

I also upgraded to a pro 2. And have a shadow circle on my live screen. Also disappointed it doesn’t do the job it’s intended for. I live on a corner and my old doorbell covered all the area I needed it to, even my side gate. Pro 2 is rubbish I can’t even see my hanging baskets on the side of my porch as an example. The birds eye view is not live so waste of time it being there. It’s not worth the extra cost. Considering how expensive it is. I wouldn’t buy again if it was the cheapest. Wish I could change it.

Hi @Passerby1010. The Pro 2's field of view is different from the Pro. The Pro 2's field of view is 150 degrees horizontal and 150 degrees vertical, while the Pro's field of view is 160 degrees horizontal and 90 degrees vertical. Also, there are no settings in the app that will adjust the field of view. This Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360056768972-Video-Doorbell-Pro-2-information) has further information regarding the Pro 2.
