Camera blurred

Hi, I have a ring indoor camera and a wired ring doorbell. I have installed ring app on 2 android phones and in one (the most recent one) I cannot get any image from the cameras. I get a still image updated frequently but when I go live, I get nothing just a blurred image. I have also log on to the web service and I can see the live video clearly. So cameras are fine, but in one of the phones... I get nothing! Any suggestion? Thanks!
