Blurry Camera Lens Ring Doorbell 2

My Ring Video Doorbell 2 has some type of film or something on it that has made the images blurry. I can’t seem to wipe it clean with anything. It appears that it is out of warranty. What can I do to get this clean or get a replacement? Any help with this is appreciated. Thank You

I had the same issue. I finally cleaned lens with a non abrasive cleaner followed by " NEVER DULL" from amazon. Follow directions on can. I now have a clear view!
