Black screen recording
Hi everyone, I have a problem with my ring doorbell it’s started to record during the day black screens on motion and even when someone is ringing! What should I do!

Hi neighbors. If your recordings are inaccessible or just show a black screen, try the following steps: * [Reboot your Ring device from the Ring app](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/7438395032980-How-to-Reboot-your-Ring-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-from-the-Ring-App-). * Reboot your router by unplugging it for 10 seconds and then reconnecting it. * Verify your Ring devices' signal strength, also known as [RSSI, is at a good level](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229). We are having the same problem, just all black video now from time to time but much more frequent. Can Ring address this problem and advise solution?
