Battery Staus Poor

Recently purchased a ring video doorbell 3 (battery version) and also a new battery direct from ring uk website. Strangely both batteries always display the battery status as poor when logged in on my account. Does anyone know why this is or does it even matter? Charge seems to be ok and last roughly around 3-4 weeks per battery. Just thought it strange it always says poor. Even if 50% charged. Thanks
