Battery low on a connected door bell

I am getting messages that my front door bell battery is low. This bell is wire connected and does not have a USB port for charging. What's up? Thanks.

    Hi @Tomedy. What model Ring Video Doorbell do you have? It sounds like you may have the Pro or the first generation Doorbell, so once I know this information, I can help ensure you get the Doorbell back up and running!
