App not notifying my of someone at the door
notifications
HiMy ring app has stopped notifying my on my phone that my doorbell is ringing even though I have notifications turned on, thus I miss someone at my door. If it does notify (rarely now) it is several minutes late! Any help?I have reset and put settings back in several times

Try uninstalling the Ring App, restarting your phone to clear the cache, and reinstalling the Ring App. This typically resolves notification problems, such as notifications not coming through.
