App Kicked Me Off Now Verification Failed

Hi all,Out of nowhere the ring app disconnected and became strange by saying 'Couldn't Load your locations'.I deleted the app and re-installed (iOS) and now when I log in, get the dual factor authorisation i get a 'Failed Authorisation' message when I am definitely inputting the correct verifcation code. It also says 'unacceptable (406)'.Any ideas? Extremely frutstrating. My wife's app works fine and I can log on fine through ring.com
