Always on speaker microphone?
hardwired-video-doorbell
I have a Ring Pro doorbell. Is there anyway that I can set it up so when I go live or answer a call on my phone that it will automatically turn on speaker and microphone instead of me manually have to. It makes it hard to use that way especially if I'm driving. Also is there a way to adjust how long the app opens on my phone when I have someone ringing my doorbell. Presently it is to short and by the time I get it out of my pocket I have to open the app again.

Good question, @GNB1! This is not a feature at this time, although similar routines can be accomplished through Alexa enabled devices or other integrations, as an at home solution. When out and about, an event can only be answered via the Ring app, and the two way talk controls need to be toggled for initiating audio. In regards to event viewing length, the amount of time that an unanswered event is available for answering is dependent on the set recording time. Your Doorbell's recording length can be altered, as described in our [help center article](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360049667572-Adjust-the-Video-Recording-Length-for-Wired-Devices). This should give you more time for answering an event while it is "live" or on screen. This might also depend on mobile device screen preferences. As we always value our neighbors' feedback, feel free to add this request on our [Feature Request Board](https://community.ring.com/c/products/feature-request-board/24). This way other neighbors can share their interest in one place, that we can organize and share with our teams here. :)
