2nd gen doorbell not coming through to phone

I have 2nd gen ring doorbell wireless. All set up on phone to view etc but when doorbell pressed does not notify on phone. Have not set up outside yet as still stuck on this bit. It's a Samsung ultra

If you are not getting notifications from your Doorbell for Ring and Motions, try the following steps: * Verify your Ring app and phone are up-to-date with the latest updates. * Verify you have [Ring alerts and Motion alerts ](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/210052646-Getting-Notifications-for-Ring-Doorbells-and-Security-Cameras) toggled on in your Doorbell settings. - Disable any active VPNs - Verify you do not have any [Android apps that conflict with the Ring app](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005889983-Android-Apps-Causing-Issues-with-the-Ring-App).
