Yellow lightbulb icon for floodlight cam
I have a hardwired security cam (three of them). One recently stopped working, or at least the lights did. For a while, only 1 light was partially on, now the lights do not come on at all. Everything else works fine - video, recording, alert, etc. tried going in and adjusting settings and manually turning on light. Tried rebooting the device as well. But nothing. Noticed there is a bright yellow bulb icon in lower right on the app, it is the only one that has it. But can’t find any reference to that in docs. Thoughts on what that icon in the app is trying to tell me? Could the bulbs be burnt out after only two years?

Hi @user31471. Rebooting the Floodlight Cam was a good troubleshooting step to try. The lights on your Floodlight Cam should come on at night when motion is detected or when you manually activate them. Next, try fully resetting your Floodlight Cam by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After the reset is complete, follow the steps under Set Up a Device in the Ring app to take your Camera through a new setup. Check the [settings](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004155866-Controlling-the-Floodlights-and-Light-Settings-on-Your-Floodlight-Cam) and test out the lights by triggering a motion event at night. If the lights still do not come on, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406) so they can look into this further and find a solution.
