Wonderful. RING is cancelling Desktop app

And I spent an hour on the phone with RING a couple weeks ago trying to move the phone app to my new phone. Unsolved. They told me I would have to go to the location where the cameras are. 200 kms away. The 2 factor ID thing was bad - this is worse.
